Brake Annual Fleet Safety Awards

The annual Brake Fleet Safety Awards reception was recently held in Auckland on 29th September where a number of safety-conscious organisations attended to learn details of the winners for 2016. MiX Telematics was awarded with “Highly Commended” in the category for Fleet Safety Product, which is a significant achievement for us given the number of entries that Brake (the road safety charity) received this year.

Safety In Action Conference, Sydney

For the 2nd year running, MiX Telematics participated in the annual Safety in Action Conference. This year, the event – which is the largest of its kind in Australia - took place in Sydney at the Olympic Park and was attended by almost 4000 safety professionals. Not only did MiX showcase the latest safety solutions on our event stand, but we also presented a safety seminar on “how companies are using In-Vehicle Monitoring Solutions to improve safety and are they doing it right”.

Bus and Coach Association Conference, Dunedin, New Zealand

In collaboration with our channel partner in New Zealand – Vehicle Technologies, MiX Telematics exhibited at the annual Bus and Coach Association Conference which took place in the South Island in Dunedin. The 4-day event was attended by approximately 260 delegates and provided a great opportunity to showcase our safety solutions for the bus and coach industry. Adam Shardlow from Vehicle Technologies also presented on the final day of the conference to a jam packed audience on the topic of Using Telematics To Manage Operational Risk And Increase HSWA Compliance”.
